Bank of Baroda Job Recruitment Experience:

Candidates should have the following experience as respect to the post to apply for this recruitment.

  • An officer not below the rank of Captain of Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Navy / Air Force, with a minimum of 5 years of commissioned service or equivalent can apply for Security Officers
  • Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience as a Station Officer or equivalent is eligible to apply for Fire Officers.

Bank of Baroda Job Notification Pay Scale:

The selected candidates may get the salary for Security Officer Position, as per grade MMG/S-II (Rs. 31705 and above) and Fire Officer Position as per JMG/S-I (Rs. 23700 and above) regarding to the norms of the board.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2020 Application Fee:

Candidates should pay the application fee of Rs.600/- for the GEN/ OBC /EWS category aspirants. The candidates who belongs to SC/ ST/ Persons with Disability (PWD) should pay the fee of Rs.100/- . Candidates have to make the payment of fee through online mode only.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment Selection Process:

The applicants may shortlisted through online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion / & Interview of shortlisted candidates. Candidates are required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score in the online test to be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment. Candidates will be shortlisted for Psychometric Assessment/GD &/or PI depending o n the number of vacancies, cut-off in each test. The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks would be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category. While appearing for GD/PI, the candidate should produce valid prescribed documents. On-line test will be held at centres as decided by the Bank, which shall be depended on the number of applications.
