Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle new/ existing e-KYC accounts’ back-end activity, such as client data push into various regulatory & in-house systems.
- Share client-related data with the bank for system mapping & well-versed with Excel.
- Support & track contact center performance (Digital Sales), lead distribution, and daily activity.
- Support and track in-house client activation desk.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the Bank of Baroda Zones, Regions, and Branches.
- Conduct strategic planning to meet the Zone/Region acquisition targets.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with Bank Zonal and regional marketing teams.
- Ensure the achievement of client acquisition targets for Zones and regions as per the financial year projections.
