CBSE 10th Result Pass Percentage:

This year, a total of 18,73,015 students had appeared for CBSE Class 10 Board Exams. Of these, 17,13,121 students have cleared the exam successfully. A total of 91.46% of students have passed the examination. There is an increase of 0.36% percentage in comparison to last year’s 91.10%. This year, girls have outscored the boys with a pass percentage of 93.31 while the pass percentage for boys is 90.14%. A total of 2.23% of students or 41,804 students have scored more than 95% marks in CBSE 10th exam this year.

CBSE 10th Result Previous Year Performance:

The performance in CBSE Class 10 had a significant decline from 2014, when the board recorded 98.87 passing per cent. In the following years until 2019, the passing percentage was recorded to be 97.32, 96.21, 93.06 and 86.07 respectively. However, the board did witness a rise of five percent in the previous term, but if we look into the data the results have significantly dipped. CBSE class 12 results which was announced last week.

CBSE 10th Result School Wise Pass Percentage:

Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) schools recorded the best pass percentage of 99.23% among institutions followed by Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JKV) at 98.66%. While government schools recorded a pass percentage of 80.91% across the country, the figure for private schools stood at 92.81%. The pass percentage for Central Tibetan School Administration stood at 93.67%.
