• Application development using Cisco call studio, Voice XML, including Java/J2EE interface development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in Cisco Call studio tool and IVR application development.
• Cisco ICM scripting hands-on experience.
• Strong IVR development experience using Voice XML, JSP, and Spring MVC.
• Good hands-on experience in Java, JSP applications, routing, and CTI integration and implementation.
• Core Java + REST/SOAP automation and development.
• The resources will be expected to work on enhancements/projects/automation/ defect fixes endeavor.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Contact Center Enterprise solution portfolio is a must.
