Complaints Raised: TCS Delayed in Hiring: The complaints have been raised against the TCS Tata Consultancy Services regarding delaying in hiring new employees. The complaints have been filed by the Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) which is in Pune and the complaints were filed during July 2023.

The Tata Consultancy Services received a notice from the Maharashtra’s labour and employment ministry regarding the delay in the hiring of the new employees. According to the report more than 200 employees have been affected due to this delay. Maharashtra’s labour and employment ministry said that it will arrange for a meeting between the company and the complainants on 2 November 2023.
The Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) informed that the employees who have resigned from their previous employment to join in TCS have been now unemployed for more than 4 months. The candidates are in the range of having more than 1 to 8 years of experience and are now in the jobless situation. According to the information the employee rate has decreased in the September 2023 quarter.
