DGR Punjab Recruitment 2020 Notification Released. Directorate of Governance Reforms (DGR), Punjab has released the recruitment notification for Senior System Manager (SSM), System Manager (SM), Assistant Manager (AM) & Technical Assistant (TA) posts. The Advertisement is reopening for the above-said posts. The last date for filling online applications is 15 December, 2020, by 5:00 pm.

The candidates who have already registered their applications in response the previous advertisement for it cadre posts need not apply again and their previous applications in the database shall be valid for the written test and further recruitment process. No changes in the earlier applications shall be allowed/entertained.

DGR Punjab Recruitment 2020 Qualification:

Should possess a Master’s degree /degree in B.E/B.Tech in Information Technology/Electronics and Communication/Computer Science and MBA from a recognized university or institution with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in each case and should have an experience of nine years in the field of Information and Communication Technology;

DGR Punjab Recruitment 2020 Age Limit:

The age must be between 18 to 37 years (as on January 1, 2020) and the candidate must possess the required educational qualifications as on the date of advertisement.

DGR Punjab Recruitment 2020 Selection Process:

  • Candidate’s selection is based on Written Test and Interview
  • However, the selection of the Candidates of the post of Technical Assistant shall be based on the merit of the written test only. There will be no interview for the post of Technical Assistants.

  • Senior System Manager (SSM) – 1, 25,000/-
  • System Manager (SM) – 85,000/-
  • Assistant Manager (AM) – 55,000/-

The applications to the advertised posts shall be made online through the web portal (www.dgrpunjab.gov.in). Applications sent by any other mode will not be accepted/ considered and will be summarily rejected without intimation to the sender. The requisite Non-refundable fees of Rs. 1000/- for General Category candidates, Rs. 500/- for Physically Disabled Category candidates and Rs.250/- for SC/BC Category Candidates must be deposited online by 5:00 pm along with the application.

For how many different posts, can a candidate apply under one application?

A candidate can apply for all the posts, for which she/he is eligible, through a single application. Since the technical qualification for all the posts is same, she/ he will undergo one examination only. No separate examinations would be conducted for separate posts.

Can a candidate make changes in his/ her applications after he has submitted it?

No. Applications once submitted are final and no changes can be made after submission. However, in case a candidate has submitted an application with incorrect entries, he/she can send an email from his registered email ID on itcadrepunjab@gmail.com to request for required changes by giving all the proofs.

How will I upload my photograph/signature?

The photograph and signature should be scanned in .jpg or .png format and are to be uploaded in “Photo & Signature Upload” section.
