The proposed skill centers may be established in all the districts of Punjab (except Chandigarh) & Himachal Pradesh.
The Skill Centres may be established/ opened at District Head Quarters as well as at Block/Tehsil/Sub-division level in the state of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh.
