HCL Technology a leading IT firm on Friday posted that they are having a 32.7 percent rise at 2,925 Crore for June 2020. Shiva Nadar is stepping down from chairman role and Nadras daughter Roshini Nadar Malhotra will succeed him.
“The adverse condition during this quarter had an anticipated negative impact on revenue. I am happy to report that the resilience of our operating model helped us deliver stellar operating margins and cash flows, ” HCL Technologies President and CEO C Vijayakumar said.
He further highlighted that company is having successful bookings with 11 new transformational deal wins.
“We also renewed several large deals during the quarter. we are seeing a robust demand environment and a strong pipeline which gives us confidence in our trajectory going forward”, he added.
The filing said that Mr Nadar who wished to step down from chairman will continue as MD of the company with designation as Cheif Strategy Officer.
HCL Technologies also revealed that they are looking forward to increase its revenue quarter to quarter by an average of 1.5 – 2.5 percent in constant currency for three quarters.
