IACS Recruitment 2020 Out – Research Associate Vacancy!!

IACS Research Associate Recruitment 2020 Notification Released. Indian Association For the Cultivation of Science – A Walk-in-Interview will be held at the School of Materials Science for the recruitment of one Research Associate-I. Interested candidates with the following qualifications are required to appear along with a full bio-data.

Essential Qualifications:   

Candidates must have (a) a Ph.D. degree in Physics/Chemistry (Experimental) from a recognized University or Institute. The candidate must also have the basic knowledge of 2D Materials Synthesis, Photo electrochemical Water Splitting and CO2 reduction.

Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis and are awaiting award of the same may also apply subject to receiving their Ph.D. degree. Such candidates are eligible to draw fellowship at par with RA only after their Ph.D. degree.

Duration:

Initial appointment will be done for six months, which subjected to extension up to one year based on the candidate performance review and position availability.

Age limit:

Candidates should have Max 36 years; Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. rule.

As per rules of the Association

Interview Details:

The post is purely temporary and it would, therefore, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any attending the interview. No TA will be admissible for attending the interview.

For Ph.D holder, the original or provisional certificate and for the candidate who has submitted the thesis, the relevant document like the acknowledgement copy from the respective university or the authorized letter from the respective supervisor with signature and stamp mentioning the title of thesis, university registration number, date of submission is mandatory to produce during the interview.
