- Candidates must have completed Full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines preferably in Electronics & Telecommunications / computer Science/ Electronics & Electrical/ Information Technology/Electronics & Communication.
- Applicants shall have Overall work experience of 20 years in the field of Information Technology. Of which at least 5 years should be at a senior level in Private Banks /Public sector Banks / Foreign Banks.

Consolidated remuneration based on experience, Seniority level etc. subject to deduction of taxes/statutory deductions, as applicable.
IDBI Bank Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
- The selection process will comprise of Preliminary screening and shortlisting based on the eligibility criteria, candidate’s qualifications, suitability/ experience, etc. submitted with the applications.
