IIT JAM 2024 Registration Last Date Extended – Check Eligibility Criteria & Other Details: The Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2024 registration period has been extended until October 20, according to a notification posted on jam.iitm.ac.in by the test’s organizing institute, Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras).
Anyone who hasn’t applied for the exam yet can go to the website and fill out the applications right now. Candidates who identify as female, SC, ST, or PwD must pay ₹900 for one paper and ₹1250 for two. For one paper, all others must pay ₹1,800, and for two papers, ₹2,500. The seven papers—Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH)—will be tested on a computer.
Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in order to take the exam. Applying students who are in their final year of undergraduate study are also welcome. Indian degree holders who are foreign nationals may also enroll in JAM 2024; however, admission would be subject to the policies of the participating universities.
