JMC inks Agreement worth Rs.1000 cr with FDC, Maldives. JMC Projects India (JMC) has inked an agreement with Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) Maldives. The cost of this agreement is 137 million dollars (about Rs 1,000 crore). The main objective for signing this agreement is to design, finance and construction of 2,000 social housing units in Hulhumale Island of Maldives.
After signing this agreement JMC project shares have increased over 13 per cent on the BSE. JMC is a leading civil construction and infrastructure EPC companies in India, founded in 1982 and Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) is a state-owned company of the Government of the Republic of the Maldives.
