UP B.Ed Exam Center Details:
Around 1,10,000 applicants have requested for a change in their preferred center. In view of prevention from COVID-19, the government is considering increasing the number of centers for the examination.
The exam center change window was opened on June 5 and ended on June 19, 2020. The university is expected to double the exam centers from 900 to 1900 to follow the safety norms.
The varsity also allowed candidates to change the exam center of their choice. “If none of the newly opted cities are allotted as examination center, then any one of the center from the applicant’s original three choices will be considered for the exam.
The final selection of the examination center to the candidate will be done by the University of Lucknow, and the University of Lucknow has final rights to change any center,” the notification mentioned.
UP B.Ed Entrance Exam 2020 Details:
This year the UP B.Ed. the entrance exam will be held by the Lucknow University. The exam is held every year to grant admission to B.Ed. courses offered by 16 universities in Uttar Pradesh.
The exam will consist of two papers with first paper 100 objective questions with 50 questions for General Knowledge and 50 questions for Language (Hindi or English) for a total of 200 marks and for 3 hours’ duration. The second question will test candidates on General Aptitude and Subject Specialisation for 200 marks and 3-hour duration.
