National Commission for Women Details

1. RESEARCH OFFICER

Age

Not exceeding 56 years (as per DOPT guidelines)

Pay Scale: Level -11(Rs 67,700- 2, 08,700/-) Or (GP 6600/– Pre Revised)

Deputation

• Officers under the Central/State Government/ UTs, Universities, Public Sector Undertaking, Semi Government/Statutory/Autonomous Organisations/Recognized Research
• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with five years’ service in the grade pay in the level -10 in the pay matrix or equivalent
• Having minimum five years experience in formulation, appraisal,         execution         or implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation of policy, programme or projects irrespective of having posses Ph.D Degree or otherwise .

Essential Qualification

Post Graduate degree in any discipline or MBBS or Degree in Engineering from a recognized University.

Desirable

Doctorate in any Discipline and Experience in Women related sector

ASSISTANT LAW OFFICER

Age

Not exceeding 56 years ( as per DOPT guidelines)

Pay Scale: Level -8 Or ( Rs 9300-34800 +GP 4800/– Pre Revised)

Deputation

• Officers under the Central/State Government/ UTs, Universities, Public Sector Undertaking, Semi Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Organisations
• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with two years’ service in the grade pay in the Level 7( GP-4600, Prr Revised) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent i Or with six years’ service in the grade pay in the Level -6 in the pay matrix( GP -4200, Pre Revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre.

Essential Qualification-  

Possessing Law Degree from a recognised University

Experience

Experience in handling Legal services and other legal Matters including those in the Courts or Tribunal at least for three years.

PRIVATE SECRETARY

Age

Not exceeding 56 years ( as per DOPT guidelines)

Pay Scale: Level -8 Or ( Rs 9300-34800 +GP 4800/– Pre Revised)

Deputation

Officers under the Central/State Government/ UTs, Universities, Public Sector Undertaking, Semi Government/ Statutory/ Autonomous Organisations

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or with two years’ service in the grade pay in the Level 7( GP-4600, Prr Revised) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent
• Or with six years’ service in the grade pay in the Level -6 in the pay matrix( GP -4200, Pre Revised) equivalent in the parent

Essential Qualification-  

Possessing Degree from a recognised University

Essential Experience

Knowledge of computer and short hand speed should be not less than 120 wpm.

RESEARCH OFFICER

Age

Not exceeding 56 years (as per DOPT guidelines)

Pay Scale: Level -8 Or (Rs 9300-34800 +GP 4800/– Pre Revised)

Deputation

Officers under the Central/States Government/ UTs, Universities, Public Sector Undertaking, Semi Government/Statutory/Autonomous Organisations/Recognizes Research Institutes:

• Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre
• With three years ‘service in the grade pay in the Level -7 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre.

Essential Qualification

Master degree in Social science from a recognized University.

CONSULTANTS

Master Degree in concerned discipline from recognized University/Institute

Age: Below 63 Yrs

Remuneration: Rs. 40000

SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR

Should be Retired from State/Central Government officer of the level not below director in government of India

Remuneration: Rs.70000/Month
