National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an official notice regarding its official helpdesk and helpline numbers. National Testing Agency is an Indian government agency that has been approved by the Union Council of Ministers and established in November 2017 to conduct entrance examinations for higher educational institutions. The government-appointed Vineet Joshi as the first Director-General of the agency.
As a precautionary measure against coronavirus and due to the National Lockdown, the Helpdesk of NTA was operating with limited resource. Now the Helpdesk of NTA has been fully operational with the Helpline Numbers given below:

As the JEE Main 2020 examinations begin from September 1, many students with queries are trying to reach the agency. The students, who were to appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2020 on 13 September, also complained that two out of 4 numbers were never available.
It is further informed the QRS System is also fully functional on the respective website. The candidates and their parents are advised to keep visiting the respective examination website(s) and www.nta.ac.in for latest updates.
