SSC CHSL 2020 Qualification:
The minimum educational qualification required to apply for SSC CHGL is Class 12th pass. For LDC/ JSA, PA/ SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG) posts, candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University. For Data Entry Operator (DEO Grade ‘A’) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG), applicants must have passed 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Board or equivalent.
SSC CHSL Age Limit:
Age limit for the posts is 18-27 years. Candidates must have the age which between this age limit to apply for SSC CHSL 2020. The candidates belongs to SC/ ST, OBC, PwD (Unreserved), PwD, Ex-Servicemen, Defence Personnel disabled in operation during hostilities, Central Government Civilian Employees, and Widows/ Divorced Women/ Women judicially separated and who are not remarried will get the age relaxation as per norms.
SSC CHSL 2020 Pay Scale:
Selected candidates may get the salary as respect to the post they will be selected for.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) – Rs. 19,900/- to Rs.63,200/-.
- Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA) – Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/-
- Data Entry Operator (DEO) – Rs.25,500/- to Rs.92,300/-.
- Data Entry Operator, Grade ‘A’ – Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/-.
SSC CHSL Selection Process:
Selection Process of SSC CHSL will consist of three phases. They are, Tier-I (CBT), Tier-II (Descriptive Paper), Tier-III (Skill Test/ Typing Test). The candidates who clear all the stages will be called for the document verification. After the document verification selected candidates will be place to the corresponding post by the board. The Tier-1 CBT exam will be conducted from 12.04.2021 to 27.04.2021.
SSC CHSL Tier 1 Exam Details:
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had released The Tentative Calendar of Examinations already. According to the exam schedule, the SSC CHSL Tier 1 will be conducted on 12.04.2021. The examination will finish on 27.04.2021. Tier-I Examination will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi for Part-II, III & IV. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
SSC CHSL Application Fee Details:
Candidates have to pay application fee of Rs.100/- to apply for this exam. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Persons with disability (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. Last date and time for making online fee payment is 17.12.2020 (23:30) and the last date for payment through Challan (during working hours of Bank) is 21.12.2020.

Applications must be submitted in online mode only at the official website of SSC. Candidates can follow the steps provided below to apply for SSC CHSL 2020.
Step 1: Go to official website of SSC.
Step 2: Check the “Latest News” tab for SSC CHSL 2020 notification.
Step 3: Download and read the notification carefully, if you are eligible then click the link for apply online for SSC CHSL 2020.
Step 4: The process of filling online application for the examination consists of two parts. They are One Time Registration and Filling of online Application for the Examination.
Step 5: After finished the one time registration fill the application form.
Step 6: Applicants must check the recent notice regarding to the online application process of SSC CHSL, which is released by the board on 06.11.2020. According to the notice, the scanned colour passport size photograph uploaded in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB) in the online Application Form of the Examination. The date on which the photograph has been taken, should be clearly printed on the photograph. Applications without the date printed on the photograph shall be rejected by the board.
