- Hands on experience in Zscaler support services ( ZPA, ZIA, ZTNA )
- Flexible to work in 24*7 support projects in UK hours.
- Undergone ITIL V3 or V4 training
- Understand and perform ZPA Application onboarding and integration
- Understanding and Maintenance of Zscaler and its services/Applications onboarded currently in the environment
- List of applications integrated (SDWAN , SIEM , SAML , IDP)
- List of App Connectors and IP address & VM server details
- Understanding of CASB, SASE process
- Management of DNS policies
- Management of Advanced malware protection & ATP / DLP / Secure Browsing
- Management of Access reconciliation process
- DNS work flow
