UP Board syllabus to be reduced – Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma said. CISCE syllabus Reduction:
Earlier, Union HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said “the Central government has also decided to rationalize school syllabus up to 30 per cent by retaining the core subjects.” “While it is easy to misconstrue exclusion of three to four topics like nationalism, local government, federalism, etc and build a concocted narrative, a wider perusal of different subjects will show that this exclusion is happening across subjects,” he added.
Also, The Council for the Indian College Certificates Examinations (CISCE) introduced a discount of as much as 25 per cent within the syllabus for courses 10 and 12 board exams in 2021 taking into consideration the training disruption on account of closure of faculties throughout the coronavirus-induced lockdown.
